Some of Sydney’s top restaurants are uniting for a day of exclusive eats under the sails of the iconic Opera House. Curated by chef Matt Moran, is a pop-up food event with dishes and drinks starring Australian native ingredients sourced by IndigiGrow, a First Nations native plant preservation social enterprise.
Savour Aria’s pine mushroom and smoked cheddar tart; North Bondi Fish’s snapper crudo with yuzu, taramasalata and salmon roe; Rekōdo’s spicy tuna tacos and strawberry gum sando; and finish with Chiswick’s cinnamon myrtle custard tart, plus lots more to try.
